If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must provide current identification proving international or residency outside of AB postcode at check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching official photo identification. The mandatory damage deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link, due within 24 hours of booking. Advance payment of the damage deposit is required to check-in. On December 24 and 31, the damage deposit is GBP 500 per stay. Reception hours are 8:30 AM-7 PM on weekdays and 10:30 AM-7 PM on Saturdays.
