If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. For an extra fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
