Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on balconies. Any evidence or complaint related to smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties or social gatherings are strictly forbidden. If a complaint is received and/or intervention by police, security, or neighbors occurs, a fine of €500 will be charged (in addition to any fines issued by authorities). Liability Disclaimer: The property is not responsible for theft, burglary, or the loss of any personal belongings within the premises of the tourist apartment. Guests are strongly advised to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using in-room safes (if available) and ensuring that doors and windows are securely closed and locked at all times. The security of personal items is the sole responsibility of the guest.
