All apartments have free Wi-fi and include a private parking space upon request. These modern apartments feature parquet flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and black and white furniture. The living-dining area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD player and iPod docking station. There is also a small furnished balcony with views of the street. There are several supermarkets within less than 5 minutes’ walk of AB Park Güell-Gaudi. The nearest metro station, El Carmel on line 5, is 750 metres away. The apartment is located approximately 35–45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more peaceful setting while maintaining good connectivity. There is a parking space available for free upon request (subject to availability). Please note that the entrance to the parking garage is quite tight, so only vehicles under the following size are permitted: 4.30m x 2.40m x 2.18m.
