Please note: clients arriving after 00:00 who fail to inform us previously of their arrival time by e-mail will be charged an additional 50€. Anyway, at check-in time, you will ask to pay the tourist fee (€2.48 per person and per night). Also as per law the property needs you to provide all passports to send the police report that all properties in Spain are obligated to send for security reasons. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Check in Fees Monday to Friday, 8pm to 12am: 40€, from 12am: 60€ Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays Until 8pm: 30€, from 8pm: 60€This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
