Please note that the reception is open at the following times: " Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, TV. Short stay (1 to 6 nights): cleaning service at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and washing up) is also included. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. These services are available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Grocery delivery service is available during winter and charges are applicable. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Thank you for contacting the residence to check the availability of a paid parking space at €55 per week in winter and €50 per week in summer.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
