• The airport shuttle service is not guaranteed between the hours of 22:00 and 04:30. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. This is a friendly reminder that reception closes at 11:00 PM and therefore check-in must be completed before then. If you are unable to arrive on time, please let us know in order to organize self-checkin We invite you to review some useful information about our hotel: Important Hotel Information ℹ️ 🚫🥐🚫 Our hotel does not provide breakfast, but there's an excellent and very convenient bar just around the corner that opens early in the morning. Check-in 🛄 The reception closes at 11:00 PM, so check-in must be completed before that time: from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please kindly inform us of your approximate arrival time if you haven't already done so. In case of delay, no self-check-in or late check-in will be permitted. We advise you to anticipate your arrival or consult the cancellation policy under which you booked. Shuttle Service 🚐 For shuttle service, you can contact our affiliated driver at this number: +39 3396689917; he is also reachable via WhatsApp. Alternatively, if the shuttle is unavailable, we invite you to take a regular taxi. You can also call +39 06 65039109. The cost of our shuttle service is €20 for either one or two people; from the third person onwards, an additional €5 is added per person. Before 6:00 AM, there is a €10 surcharge for the night rate. You can pay the driver directly. For your check-out day, the shuttle will be booked for you by our receptionists during check-in. Invoicing 🧾 If you require an invoice, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance by providing us with your company details: Company Name Address VAT Number / Tax ID Unique Recipient Code / PEC (Certified Email Address) Parking 🅿️ Parking is free for the night of your stay. If you wish to leave your vehicle with us after check-out, the price is €5 per day. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
