• When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 30 EUR per room, per stay applies. Free luggage storage available on the day of arrival and departure. Complimentary coffee station on the first-floor terrace available from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Early check-in guaranteed from 11:00 AM, subject to a €50.00 fee. Late check-out: €30.00 for each extra hour upon availability. Gym access is free from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Spa access (Jacuzzi, relaxation area, sauna, and Turkish bath) is always subject to a fee, by reservation only, for private use. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parking: If unavailable the private parking, a partnered valet parking service is activated with an external garage, also subject to a fee (from €35.00 per night per small and medium vehicles). Please note that very low vehicles may not be able to access the garage. Electric vehicle charging: available at €0.60 per kWh. The hotel is not located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). However, please note that starting July 1, 2025, the City of Florence has activated the "Scudo Verde" system, operating 24/7, enforcing existing environmental restrictions on access to the municipal area. We recommend checking the ordinance at: https://ambiente.comune.fi.it/dalle-redazioni/attivazione-scudo-verde Currently, fines apply only to the following vehicle categories: • Petrol vehicles Euro 0 registered before 12/31/1992 • Diesel vehicles Euro 0 and Euro 1 registered before 1996 The "Scudo Verde" area is clearly marked with specific illuminated signage. If you enter with unauthorized vehicles, an automatic fine will be issued, for which the hotel cannot be held resbonsible.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
