• Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Between the 28th April 2025 and the 14th September 2025, some of the windows in the building are being replaced. There will be minimal disruption to guests during this time as the units that are having the widows replaced will not be available to book. There will be some noise, but this will be limited to 8.00am -4.00pm Mon-Fri ONLY. There will be workers on site and some scaffolding to the side of the building. They will be working only on one level of the building at a time. If you do make a booking during this time, your ocean views will not be disrupted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
