• Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigte, die mit Kindern unter 18 Jahren reisen, müssen beim Check-in die Geburtsurkunde und einen Lichtbildausweis (z. B. Reisepass) des Kindes vorlegen. Für Reisen aus dem Ausland nach Brasilien gilt: Reist nur ein Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigter mit dem Kind, muss dieser – neben der Geburtsurkunde und dem Lichtbildausweis des Kindes – eine notariell beglaubigte und vom anderen Elternteil unterzeichnete Einverständniserklärung hinsichtlich der Reise vorlegen. Sollte der Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigte seine Einwilligung nicht geben wollen oder können, ist eine richterliche Genehmigung erforderlich. Besuchern, die mit Kindern nach Brasilien reisen möchten, werden gebeten, sich vor Antritt der Reise mit einem brasilianischen Konsulat in Verbindung zu setzen, um weitere Informationen einzuholen.

Guests planning to arrive outside normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code.
