• Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring service animals. Please note that the guest who makes the booking must also stay at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests including from smoking in the room/outside designated areas will incur a cost of IDR 1,000,000 that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Third-party bookings are not allowed at the property. Additional unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight at the property. The property’s facilities are for the use of guests staying at the property only.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
