The key safe is located at 36 Echo Point rd Katoomba and will be sent the code via SMS after full payment of the reservation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please note that breakfast is served at the Motel Echo Point for extra cost, 18 Echo Point Road, 2780, Katoomba, Australia The New South Wales Government has issued a mandatory code of conduct outlining the rights and obligations of people either hosting or renting accommodation on a short-term basis, including a complaints process.
