Credit Card Authorization: - For your convenience and to cover any incidentals or damages during your stay, we kindly request your credit card details. - A secure link will be provided before your check-in date to safely save your card information. 4. Online Check-in: - As a contactless self-check-in property, please complete the online check-in form once received on WhatsApp or Text with your valid ID card before arrival. - This will expedite the check-in process and enable us to provide you with the necessary access codes. 5. Arrival & Departure Time: - Access codes to your room will be activated at the standard check-in time of the property and deactivated at the standard check-out time. - To assist you better, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival and departure time. 6. Booking Fee: - A booking fee is charged upon confirmation of your reservation. - This fee covers essential services such as 24/7 customer support, advanced technology tools, and guest promotions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
