Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. - Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: All unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
