• Check-in Online – complete the form indicating your arrival time and inserting your identity documents at least 24 hours before arrival to facilitate check-in procedures. Check-in by reservation from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Late check-in from 8:00 pm to midnight €30 (subject to availability and by appointment). (The keys must be placed in the safebox located outside the apartment, you will receive the code from our Customer Service before check out). We ask you to communicate your check-out time with 24 hours notice. OTHER CHECK-OUT RULES To allow the operators to respect the check-out cleaning times included in the reservation, we ask you to leave the apartment tidy with the waste separated correctly and the dishes clean. You can start the dishwasher before leaving and we will empty it. In the event that the rules above are not respected, penalties may be applied for the more thorough cleaning service in the apartment. SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION It is mandatory to separate organic waste, paper, plastic and glass from non-recyclable waste (mixed). In case of failure to separate waste, the service by our operators has a cost of €30.00 which will be charged as a penalty.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
