If guests are found to have been having parties on the premises, this will lead to a penalty fee being charged by the property. An authorisation form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID. For security reasons, the property may contact guests prior to arrival to request a method of card verification. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Guests must also produce the ID that matches the name on the payment card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
