Guests are permitted one allocated parking space in a shared garage, your host will give you access to the parking on check-in (it's not available before check-in) and the permit to be used when parked there. Both fob and permit must be returned to the flat prior to departure. Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the host at least 48 hours before their check-in date. Payment before arrival via credit or debit card is required In common with all holiday rentals in Scotland, bookings for all stays will only be allowed to go ahead if Edinburgh Council continue to grant us a licence to operate. This is charged 14 days before arrival and will be collected by credit card.
