If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after guests' departure, the guest in question agrees to pay GBP 100 to cover labour and additional cleaning. All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check in correctly will means your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access to the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 40 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pets is allowed. Please note that pets are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet (subject to approval). Additional linen for sofa bed is for an additional charge of GBP 20. Please contact the property 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange this. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 50 per additional hour overstayed will apply for early check-in or late check-out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
