• Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorisation form upon request. Tenants must sign a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of your booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent; the bill amount will be beborne by the guest. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
