Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form within 48 hours after the confirmed booking. The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out. Cleaning Service Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions. Noise and Party Policy This property is located in a residential area.
