Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation while upholding the cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out. Cleaning Service Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. Store opening times may vary due to special occasions or holidays. The story is every day only open from 6AM - 12 AM. Please let us know ahead of time if you are arriving outside of these hours as we will have to make alternative arrangements to get the access key to you.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
