• Please note that this property is a party, beach and youth hostel. This may cause noise disturbance until late at night. We are not suitable for people working in the area. Adults over 40 can be accommodated but must book a private room. Children under 18 cannot be accommodated. Please note that when making a reservation for more than 8 persons, different policies and charges may apply. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for groups and the booking will be non-refundable. In the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund. Any booking that is due to be paid on arrival and has an outstanding balance of more than €200 will be authorised before arrival. Please be aware, a tourist tax of €2.51 per person per night will be added to your reservation, to be paid on check in. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accommodate: . People working in the area or looking for local work opportunities. . People who reside in the local area. . Stag parties / Hen parties. . Groups of Soccer fans for international or national matches. . Pets.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
