If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee. A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged. Standard Late Checkout A fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's extended presence, a cost per hour will be charged until departure, in addition to the cleaning price.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
