• In order to access the house, you will need to check in online. Guests will have to upload their identity documents and sign the short-term rental contract as required by Italian law. In all Sweet Home Sardinia houses we are committed to proper waste separation. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The guests are responsible for proper waste separation and disposal. It will be mandatory to follow the condominium regulations, please behave in such a way as not to disturb other residents of the building. Unidentified people are not allowed to enter the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
