SUNDAYS CLOSED Consult periods of long weekends and Holidays out of high season. Late check-in will be done through a code mailbox, you must contact the reception so that this code is provided to the customer and both the reservation and the deposit must have been paid. Departure time from the flats is 10:00h maximum. The rate does not include towels and bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the reception. EXTRAS: (payment at reception) - Cots: 7€ / day. - Extra beds: 7€/day. - Bed linen: 6€ per bed/stay. - Towels: 25€ set of 5 shower towels (to be paid in cash). A maximum of one (1) pet is allowed, supplement for the whole stay of 50€. No air conditioning or wifi. Seasonal swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th (modifications subject to the community of neighbours of the property). Guests must pay a deposit of 150€ by credit card, cash will not be accepted. After departure the flat is subject to inspection by Alquileres Peñiscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within 7 days. The photographs of the interiors are examples of the variety of flats we have available. They are assigned according to planning, so we cannot guarantee a specific height, view or flat. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The guest will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you are unable to meet the arrival schedule. NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR: According to Royal Decree 933/2021: All adult guests and children aged 14 years or older listed in the reservation must present a valid identification document (ID card, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
