Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament. During your stay with us, we provide 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Additional linen changes are available upon request for an additional charge. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: - In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment. In this case, we would need to call the locksmith who will charge €250/€500 depending on time and date.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
