Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Please note that reduced mobility accessible rooms are available according to availability. Guests are requested to contact the property in advance to confirm availability. Please note that a pre-payment equal to the total amount of the reservation will be taken once the reservation is made. This will be automatically refunded in the event of a free cancellation. Payment is possible with a Visa or a Mastercard only. - For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. - Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night or EUR 65 per week upon prior confirmation. Guests can have access to the swimming pool from 10:00 to 19:00, except on Monday morning. Only guests aged 18 or older can have access to the sauna, upon availability. For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
