The presence of the staff guarantees a clean and well-maintained environment throughout your stay. 🧑‍🌾 Gardening service included Garden maintenance is covered by the owner and takes place once per week to keep the space in optimal condition. The visit will be coordinated with the guest, who must authorize access to the apartment. This service is provided at no additional cost. 🔇 Parties / events / gatherings Parties, loud gatherings, or high-volume music are not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas.
