The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At least 1 guest per booking of up to 4 guests must present a valid Youth Hostel Association (YHA) membership card at check-in. Guests who do not have membership may apply onsite. The fee is HKD 150 per application, valid for a 1-year membership. Fees subject to change without notice. Per property policy, guests traveling with children under 5 years old and unaccompanied minors under 15 years old must present a notarized permission letter from a parent or guardian. This property requires that guests have proof that they have stayed within Hong Kong for 21 days prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
