• Unfortunately in Italy the laws on tourist rentals are increasingly severe for HOSTS. Therefore: -we are obliged to collect data. Our offices are open from 9 am to 10 pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
