Smoking of any substance on the property will result in the removal of the guest and an additional cleaning fee of £500.00 will be applied. Check-in is available between the hours of 2pm - 6pm on day of arrival - if arriving after 6pm please make contact with the property to arrange a time upto 8pm - Check-ins are not permitted after 8pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
