Flat no. 4 has air-conditioning, which is charged 40zl per night. In other rooms there are ceiling fans for an extra charge of 20zl per night. The fee is payable on the spot, after prior request for the remote control.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
