Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.
