• Online request for identity documents and passports before the stay, is done by scanning the identity document through a website, for data verification. Access to the apartment by any person not included in the reservation is prohibited under any circumstances. Accessing more people than those established in the reservation will have as a penalty what the law establishes plus the full deposit for failing to comply with the regulations for housing for tourist purposes. The keys are collected in a safe in the area of the establishment, on the day of arrival and after completing the online Check-in, we will send you the final information for the collection. Very Important: You must have CHECKED IN before 8:30 p.m. to be verified and we can send you the definitive information for key collection. **Permanent 24-hour customer serviceThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
