• Pets are not allowed
• Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. The hotel reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance. Credit cards are used for pre-authorisation of your booking and can be charged upon arrival. Please note that the property entrance is located on a small side street called Impasse Maurice Fantino. The closest car parks are: 'Q-Park Antibes', 'Port Vauban' or at the post office and guests must pay for parking. Reservation of parking spaces is not possible. In the event of damage to the property, the hotel will charge the full cost of the property damaged. Pets and smoking in rooms is not allowed. In case of violation of these rules, the hotel charges a fine of EUR 150.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
