• Pets are not allowed
• Please note that the front desk of the property is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. If guests are arriving out of this slot, please inform the property 24 hours in advance via call. Please note the below points: 1. A link for payment would be sent requesting the payment in advance. Booking will not be confirmed until the payment is made. 2. All guests are required to produce their original passports at check-in. 3. Children under 18 are not allowed. 4. Maximum Number of people allowed in a group booking is 2 and will be strictly followed at the check-in. Please don't make 2 or more bookings to avoid the policy of Maximum 2 people in a group (Such bookings will be cancelled directly and not entertained). We strictly don't take group bookings. 5. No cancellation. No refunds. 6. Pickup / drop is chargeable and is subject to availability. 7. If guests are arriving late in the night, please inform the property in advance so that they can keep the bed ready. 8. Pets are not allowed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
