• The property has self-check in as an entry method. Access instructions will be sent to you once the deposit and tourist tax have been paid. As of July 1st 2022, Andorra introduces a mandatory tourist tax for all people over 16 years old. The amount of the fee is €2.09 (The maximum amount will be 14.63 euros per person). A damage deposit of €150 is required. The property will charge this a few days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. A link will be provided to make payment before the check-in date LONG STAY reservation conditions more than 14 days: - Deposit of €400 to be delivered to reception on the day the keys are handed over - €45 CLEANING SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE - No noise is allowed from 22:00 to 08:00.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
