• - As per local policies, government-issued photo identification (passport or EU ID no. for foreign citizens mandatory), tax ID no. (mandatory only for Greek citizens) and permanent home address must be provided prior to checking-in and on arrival. - Communication regarding arrival time is highly appreciated. Check-in time is after 12pm but flexible from time to time. - It is a self-check-in; Building's communal entrance will be opened when guests arrive. Entrance code for premises door is provided on the arrival. (Note that door code validity is only for the duration of the stay and door automatically locks after checkout time). - Number of guests should be the same number that are reserved on the booking confirmation and pets aren't allowed. - The guest(s) must not cause a nuisance or interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbours from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:30 hours. - This apartment is operated by an individual host so cleaning services and any other extra services aren't provided throughout guests' stay as per government policies. Any extra cleaning supplies needed or cleaning required during your stay must be provided/carried out by guest(s). - Any emergency/incident/damage that might occur in the property needs to be communicated/reported by guest(s) immediately to the host via platform text or phone call (check safety board in the main door) and situation will be handled accordingly as per safety local requirements and procedures. (Bear in mind that host might be needed to access the property to address the problem; prior consent will be sought by guest(s) for this action) - Mail posts to the property are not allowed - House Inventory & Schedule of condition will be needed to be signed during checking-in - Before you make a booking please read thoroughly the house rules/requirements because the booking reservation constitutes as an agreement to comply with the House Rules & terms of services.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
