• Damage deposit: 150.00 NZD - collected via Credit Card on checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 7 days after checkout
• The property has reduced office hours on all Public Holiday's. If you expect to arrive on a public holiday, please contact the property in advance to arrange check-in, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party' policy at all times. Only registered guests are permitted in the apartments after 21:00, and no visitors are allowed on the premises between 21:00 and 09:00. Any violation of these policies may result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged if necessary. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. Please note that all rooms are serviced daily, except on all Public Holidays. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated at this property. Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside the units.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
