• Please note that the resort and shops will open only from Friday, July 4th 2025. From 04/09, only one supermarket will be open in the resort. Other shops and restaurants are 15km below the station. This summer the openings of the resort's restaurants will change during the season: for more information please contact the reception. The wifi won't be available this winter due to technical issues, 4G GO BOX keys will be available for rent. Reception opening hours during Winter: 24/7. Reception opening hours during Summer: 24/7. Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel and 1 small towel) cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except tourist tax). The reception is located at the Saskia Falaise building. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Parking is available at the entrance of the resort since the entire resort is in a pedestrian area. Please contact the hotel to book your parking space. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Wifi will not be available this winter due to technical problems. 4G GoBox keys are available for rent. Parking is paid in winter and free in summer.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
