• Important information before booking: Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. Replacements during the stay are not included. Baby cot: £30 per booking. Subject to availability. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance. Extra guests: Each additional guest not included in the original booking will incur a charge of €10 per night. Late check-in: Standard check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00 (Monday to Friday). Early check-in available upon request. Outside these hours, the following fees apply: €30 in cash until 22:00. €50 after 22:00. €100 from 01:00 onwards. On local or national holidays and weekends: €30 until 22:00, €50 after 22:00, €100 from 01:00. On special dates (24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, 01/01): €50 until 22:00, €100 after 22:00, €150 from 01:00. Tourist tax applicable in Barcelona: €6.25 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and over, up to 7 nights). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Any evidence or complaint of smoking may result in immediate eviction and a fine of up to €400. Parties and gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If neighbours, security or authorities intervene, a fine of €500 will be applied (in addition to any official penalties). The property is not liable for theft, burglary or loss of personal belongings within the apartment. Guests are strongly advised to take precautions, use safes if available, and ensure doors and windows are properly closed and secured. The safety of personal items is the guest’s sole responsibility.
