• Pets are not allowed
• Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30EUR in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 EUR. If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 EUR. If the arrival day is December 24, December 25, December 26, December 31, and January 01, the charges will be as follows: EUR 50 until 22:00, EUR 100 from 22:00 and EUR 150 after 01:00. Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the patio. Please note that additional guest above the number included in the booking will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night. Please note towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Please note cots have an extra fee of EUR 30 per reservation. This request is subject to availability, so guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, property will provide it. No parties or meetings are allowed under any circumstances. The property will not be liable under any circumstances for theft, burglary, or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
