• Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included on arrival, however, replacement or exchange during your stay is not included. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring bed linens. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it -Late arrival: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you would like to check in earlier). Outside of these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100 - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10pm, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100 - If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10pm, after 10pm it will be €100 and after 1am it will be €150 - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or being aware of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)
