• Please take note of the following important information before booking: Linen and Toiletries: Towels, bed linen, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. However, replacements or additional supplies during your stay are not included. Baby Cot: Price: £30.00 per booking Availability is not guaranteed. Guests must request the cot 24–48 hours in advance. If available, it will be provided. Extra Guest Fee: Each additional guest not included in the original reservation will incur a fee of €10 per night. Late Check-in Fees: Standard check-in hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (Contact us if you wish to check in earlier.) Outside of these hours: €30 in cash between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM €50 from 10:00 PM €100 from 1:00 AM onwards Late Check-in on Holidays and Weekends: On local or national holidays and weekends, a late check-in fee of €30 applies until 10:00 PM After 10:00 PM: €50 From 1:00 AM: €100 Late Check-in on Specific Dates (24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, and 01/01): €50 until 10:00 PM €100 from 10:00 PM €150 from 1:00 AM Tourist Tax: The Barcelona Tourist Tax in force for 2023 will be applied: €6.25 per person, per night, for guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on balconies. Any evidence or complaint related to smoking will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties or social gatherings are strictly forbidden. If a complaint is received and/or intervention by police, security, or neighbors occurs, a fine of €500 will be charged (in addition to any fines issued by authorities). Liability Disclaimer: The property is not responsible for theft, burglary, or the loss of any personal belongings within the premises of the tourist apartment. Guests are strongly advised to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using in-room safes (if available) and ensuring that doors and windows are securely closed and locked at all times. The security of personal items is the sole responsibility of the guest.
