Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Although there is no strict time limit, it is necessary to inform us of your arrival time in advance, especially for arrivals after 9:00 PM. Arrivals between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €20. Arrivals after 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €50. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Failing to vacate the apartment after this time, without written approval from the property, will result in a penalty of €50 for each additional hour. Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a penalty of €50. Leaving the apartment dirty will incur a penalty of €50, plus the cost of professional cleaning of upholstery or similar surfaces. Bringing pets is allowed only upon request. A €20 advance payment is required, and sofa covers are provided and must be used. Pets must remain under the supervision of their owners at all times and may not be left alone in the apartment. A refundable deposit of €300 is required for bringing pets, which will be returned after an inspection of the apartment. The property is located next to a busy road, and although there are double-glazed windows, some noise may be heard. In the event that the apartment cannot be made available to subsequent guests due to such damage, a penalty equal to the loss of income caused will also apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
