• Damage deposit: 100.00 AUD - collected via Credit Card on -14 days after checkin, refunded via Credit Card on 14 days after checkout
• PLEASE NOTE: that the property operates a contactless reception and do not have a physical reception on site. As a result, guests must complete a pre-online check-in before their arrival. Extra beds and cots are limited and subject to availability. If you require an extra bed or a cot, you must notify the property prior to arrival. Requests are not guaranteed and will be confirmed based on availability at the time.5 Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Additional charges may apply. Extra Bed Charges • Sofa bed made up – £50 per stay (applies to: Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View, Classic One-Bedroom Apartment with King Bed, Two-Bedroom Apartment, Deluxe King Suite) • Rollaway bed – £70 per stay (applies to all other room types)Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
