• When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10 leva per pet, per (night) applies. Please note that a maximum of [2] pet(s) is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos / pounds. Please note that due to no smoking policy you can only use all outside places for smoking and please collect cigarette butts in ashtray. Do not leave PETS or СHILDREN unattended anywhere in the premises. The set temperature is 24C and average overall 3 euro/day utility costs are included in the rent, setting for another temperature lead to an additional fee 5+ euro times number of all renting days. If you want to use the pool, please clean water filter daily and the swimming pool from leaves and other contaminants and use the cover all the time after usage. Please remember, you are renting a private independent property, without the presence of owners and staff. We offer and expect from our guests a Fair usage of property, resources and nature. All equipment or property damage are subject to Full tenant's responsibility. Restoration costs fee applied by landlord’s estimation including materials, labor, profit lost and moral losses. Starting the rent you sign the binding agreement for the above rules. For a more precise understanding of the house rules, we will send you information in a letter. If you disagree with any above, please do not book. You can cancel your reservation according to standard booking policy.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
