Know before you go

• Pets are allowed upon request with possible charges
• House Rules: - No parties allowed. - The main guest must be 21 or older. - Unaccompanied visitors are strictly prohibited unless approved by the owner, and they can not stay overnight (unless agreed differently). Outdoor cameras are in place, and any rule violations may result in police intervention. If we have concerns about rule compliance, we may require guest verification. If this is the case, guests must choose between a damage deposit (£150 pre-auth, with no more than £3 charged) or a damage waiver (up to £35) via our third-party provider, Truvi (formerly Superhog). Truvi will contact you via email or text—please complete the verification before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
