• To our valued guests, we kindly ask you to: 1. We kindly ask that you do not wear shoes inside the apartment. 2. Keep the premises, furniture, and furnishings in the same condition as they were found upon arrival.Avoid leaving any garbage inside the apartment. 3. Do not leave bags of waste outside the main door; instead, please dispose of them in the designated bins located at the end of the street, past the dock on the left. 4. On the day of departure, dispose of all waste present inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of €30.00 - €60.00, which will be deducted from the deposit. 5. Leave the stovetop and any used dishes clean. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of €30.00, which will be deducted from the deposit. These guidelines help us keep the apartment in excellent condition for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation! Please remember If you choose to lean out from the balconies, please be aware that it is your own responsibility. A tourist tax of €3.00 per person, per night, will be requested at check-in.
