• When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that it is prohibited to hold parties or cause disturbance to other guests at the property. Stag or Hen groups are not allowed. Individual reservation belonging to a party group can be cancelled by the hotel. Please note that air conditioning is only available during Spring and Summer. Please note that heating is only available during Autum and Winter. Drinks are not included in the half board or full board. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We accep Visa, Mastercard and cash. In compliance with Law 11/2021 of 9th July, cash payments will not be accepted from companies and citizens not residents in Spain when the total value of the stay exceeds 10.000 euros and the maximum amount for residents is 1000 euros . Early departure, the hotel will charge 100%. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Any suggestion/complaints must be notified to our manager during your stay.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
